Angler runs on Tripwire, a sniper-tax hook: buys in the first minute are flagged, and a flagged sell or send within 3 hours pays up to 15% in tokens and 10% in SOL. Every sell pays a tenure fee too — 2% if held under 4 hours, 1% under a day, nothing after 24 hours. The 2% creator fee is split 50/50 between the creator and buybacks by Bordrless's buyback companion, and Tripwire's SOL cuts go whole into buybacks that buy and burn ANGLR every minute.
